In connection with the operation and use of this platform, these Terms of Use are established for all Users who wish to use the platform.

The provisions of these Terms of Use apply to all use of the platform.

Definitions

The purpose of this clause is to define the various key terms of the contract:

• User — This term refers to any person who uses the website or any of the services offered by the website.
• User-generated content — This refers to the data submitted by the User on the website.
• Organizational Structure: Department Head — Benin Tourism Development Agency (Benin Tourisme).
