Preamble

The Government of the Republic of Benin has developed a platform called benin.bj, which is the reference site for promoting the Benin brand.

As part of the operation of this platform, terms of use have been established for any User who makes use of it.

The provisions of these Terms of Use apply to any use of the platform.

Definitions

This clause aims to define the key terms of the contract:

• User — this term refers to any person who uses the site or any of the services it offers.
• User content — this refers to data submitted by the User on the site.
• Entity responsible for the service — Beninese Agency for Tourism Development (Bénin Tourisme).

Article 1: Purpose

These "terms of use" are intended to provide the legal framework for the use of the website benin.bj.
